Nepotism

Nepotism is the practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs. It's really frowned upon in the corporate world and oftentimes there are specific guide lines set out so as to guard against it. People who actually are qualified for the job should get the joband i don't think the church is that much different,. The bible does have qualifications, pastors, for example, they're rather objective.
