I'm quite intrigued by how he seemed to have developed a real reverence for Judaism, I guess later in his life. That it seemed to him to be compatible with his faith as you described it as a scientist. Because he took a very solemn view of science. He said explicitly that anybody who does not approach science with religious or is not a true scientist.
