Richard Ogleve: There have been some kind of unique challenges that have faced us over the past few years. I mean since the whole Cambridge Analytica stuff API access has been throttled in some cases so it's harder harder than other to kind of get you know access to Instagram data. It's harder and harder to get publicly active at publicly accessible data that we can kind of use to kind of draw inferences from. He says personalization is a tricky one as well because people are more aware of their data now than ever before. "I think there's definitely a place for personalization within the kind of data space but it's a really kind of difficult balancing act"
