There's a long history in the united states of believing that men and women are not similarly situated. But increasingly over the last century, those distinctions have fallen away. The law provides a different level of scrutiny when it comes to sex base distinction. This is why we have separate bathrooms, how we have separate showers - they're all legal. That'sHow we have separate men's and women sports,. And then in certain specific areas, ah, men andWomen are not similar situated. In others they are. Voting 99 point nine % of the jobs in america, you know, ah, they are similarly situated. When it comes to certain specific areas however, they're notSimilarly situated.
