In point of error, they've reduced emissions from cars by 67% since the project came into force. There are some small little vans that go and pick up people who can't walk any great distance. So there's quite a network of public transport to help people who need it. One of the adaptations they had to make this work was to build a series of cobharks around the edge of the city within walking distance of the center.
