Astronomer andrew lynn is a beautiful, modern day example of someone who took ownership of his shadow self. He recognizedthatt he had a dual part of hims. There was a duality of his being. And all of us actually have a shadow. The shadow refers to the part of our unconsciousness that is the nearest to the consciousness. We kind of know that we have these parts of it, but ut the conscious part of us doesn't like to accept that they are true.
