Is My Confidence Contagious?

Confidence and discipline are contagious. How do we train confidence? Is it just like when I have this dialed in it rubs off on other people or is it mostly confidence and discipline? We'll break that down in a little bit. But training confidence is one of those things that requires, you and I run this kind of thing in our classes for military and intelligence. It's not something that can be taught before the lunch break generally.
