And, you not think that helped a lot be also, you know, it's all about like, you know, growing what you're giving and like doing what your body needs till i become that little bit faster, the little bit stronger, like, i don't know, i felt like i was just lucky with the people i was surrounded with that kind of helped me, like do even, maybe more than i was supposed to be. big in the power of belief. The belief can change your physiology. Like belief can change the make up of your body. And i feel like you have that that fire in your heart, and it's like you want stuff so bad that i feel like when you do training, you benefit more from it than the average person who's just going through the motions. Soithink early on, probably when you're doing those trainings you're talking about, i'm hopping in with my sister. I had an older sister, w i was always trying to compete with. You know, you go faster in drills, and you do a little bit better. I feel like you really make wag bigger gains than other people who aren't there mentally, and they're just going through those motions.

when we were, when we're drawing out the vertical jump programme, you're like, i have to have like these latter s, and they have to be timed, like, i don't want em going through the motions. You got to time yourself, compete with yourself, set to set, compete against somebody else. Like, i remember that was a big thing for you as like, you felt like that was a big um jump in your athleticism was everything being timed and competing drill to drill. Um, let's talk about how did this come together. So you're like, hay, i made this huge transformation. I feel like a lot of other kids could benefit from this. A, why not just like, put out your exact protocol of what you did? Why did you think, like, well, maybe we should, like go bigger with this. Maybe we should, or with myself, like, what what's your thought process there? Ecase i think people are curious on that back story of how that originally occurred.
