The Impact of the Pandemic on Nursing

I feel that the union has been really stagnant. I think our dues should be used for community. Now, there is not a lot of men in nursing in general. And they're slowly to realize that nursing is not what I thought. So it changed your whole spectrum of what nursing stands and also what we should do to preserve it.
