Harry Reed, the Democratic Party chairman, claimed it was global warming before backtracking and saying well it's probably a lot of things. George Dowerybus has to take a lot of blame for this because he's been very weak with the environment this year. He signed up to the G8's non-binding verbal agreement to think about the environment at least once a week from now on. It appears that the leopard is starting to tippics over some of his spots and it's a snow Leopard so the joke stands.
