Are You Leaning Into the Middle?

Micheal Guysy: Are you seeking information, or are you stacking on to what you already know emotionally? He says during crises like these that we've seen, there's an opportunity for people to lean into the middle. But if you're allowing the information out there to dictate how you feel and elevate your fear then i would argue that that actually isn't informing yourself. That's simply doom serfing.

It is my pleasure and honor today on the Manifestation Babe podcast to have my husband Brennan join me. I truly believe that you guys are in for a treat! We are about to share with you our REAL and TRANSPARENT thoughts around how we are handling this pandemic as a COUPLE.

Brennan and I are going to share with you our views on what has been happening in the world, and we're going to have an HONEST conversation about how we are handling this pandemic together. It has been ten to twelve days since neither Brennan or I have left the house and as you can imagine, we have spent a lot of time together. We realize that there are couples out there that are experiencing being in each other's space 24/7 for the first time, so we want to share with you guys what life has looked like for us. Brennan has been my educator during this time because he has so much wisdom to share! That is why I decided to bring him on today's episode so that we can share our thoughts on; our daily life as a couple during quarantine, our business, how we resolve conflict, our finances, how we're setting boundaries, and Brennan's perspective on the virus.
