The subtitle to your book is how work media is undermining democracy. So I want to put you on the spot and ask you, what is your definition of wokeness? The word woke started as black slang to refer to being aware of the ways in which state sponsored racism still exists. "I think it's good to have a word that we're all using to talk about the same thing," he says.
