We're going to get richer and richer in the world. This is really the only way that you can get big climate changes because everybody gets a lot richer. So energy becomes more inefficient. It's not that you suddenly become poor or anything. It simply makes production slightly harder. What do you do when the wind is not blowing kind of thing? And of course we have lots of ways to somewhat mitigate that. But it's a little more costly, a little more complicated, a little less convenient. And that means you grow a little less. That's the main problem with these policies"
