The Tower of Babel Is a Family, Right?

In genesis, we already see the division between city people and those who are nomadic and live off the land. Thereis an inherent dis distrust between the two groups. And this is why, at a social level, one group is can and sot riht, right? One group is inherently clannish, tribal. Their identity is formed by their blood ties to each other, and they're not grounded to a land either. The other group isn't necessarily grounded by and formed by an identified by blood ties, but rather by their proximity to other strangerswho have come together in this particular place to essentially pool their resources.
