The Importance of Floating

Ecological psychology only came to me two years after my master's. And that was listening to Rob Gray talk about it. Some of the dense papers you guys have probably read were written by Michael Turvey, who is a giant in this field and a fellow Brit. He taught an introductory class for the new graduate students in the program that Julia and I came out of. There are like meters of read, full readings. It's legendary how much reading there is in this class. You're just sort of pushed and your job is to figure it out.
