The one place where we're really forced to confront the shortcomings of genelativity is in black hole physics. That's a place where einstein's theory is just guaranteed to break down. And so well, string theoristsay, well, we kind of havea neat little tool kit for you to play with. But i would not be surprised if there isn't anything that we can reliably detect in the micade background.
