The property that I've just listed is 979 Coxwell Avenue in Toronto. It's $2.2 million for a commercial unit with four residential suites above it. Unit one and two are two bedrooms, renting around $1,500 each. Units three and four are one bedrooms,. They're ones at $9.70 and the other ones at $600, which is definitely underperforming. Honestly, I think internal rate of return is 6%.
