Do Running and Cycling Have Different Effects on Venous Return?

The body position actively affects the result hence why you want to look at the differences between running and cycling for example. A lot of hybrid athletes run into when they're trying to just do their endurance training in general because they're not very well coordinated at low intensities. This is part of why they often don't see very good peripheral capillarization like I had mentioned earlier what develops very good peripheral Capillarization  is when you're getting a high enough blood flow through the muscles to create sheer stress on the vasculature.
