How we think about color evolved around our experience of color in our environment. We might artificially create a world where all the important stuff is in cool colors, and then we might find a very different kind of visual system. And we actually can do that, cause think about paint no other animals go about in their world painting stuff to turn it from one color into another color. That's something that humans do.
