Irena, What's the Barrier to Testing?
In my previous organizations, a i mentioned, we didn't do the testing. We handed that off to some one else. The challenge there was that they just didn't have that em vocabulary practice. And so part of the barrier there is also sort of what a cultural barrierr an organizational barrier to actually experiment with things like if they they have to be open to do something with these experiments. As i said, with the company might not have the right dna and processes that are serving us well at this point in time. But it's that resistance that plays out with different leaderships that would not know what design is or respect designer roles around them. So you should really get those champions
