The Importance of Skills in Urbanization

I am a big opponent of urbanization. I think that urbanization is basically creating human zoos for people. These apartment buildings are just basically human violent cabinets. Look at the most urbanized civilizations or countries in the world, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan,. They're at a third of replacement right now. That means in 20, 30 years, they're not going to have workers. And once you start to fragment to social cohesion to that extent, it's just the collapse has to play itself out. You know, and we saw this with Rome or with the Western Empire. Once you lose it, it's very, very hard to bring back.
