Is This the Killing Weapon?

This type of weapon would not take a very strong person to inflict devastating wounds to young children's skulls. But I would not draw any conclusion as to the gender or the strength of the person inflicting the blows. Just because they have blows to their skull doesn't mean that they hadn't been strangled at some point. So what you know now, we don't know if this is a male or female. We don't very little about the circumstances though.
