The Different Approaches to Missile Design

The Americans and the Soviets fundamentally have different kinds of approaches to building missiles. The Russians still depend on a heavy missile, which is liquid fuel. Even though they've come so many years into advancement, they still want to rely on liquid fuel. So it would contrast us because the Americans are building their own ICBMs,. It's called a Centen and the Russians, as I said, they have a new missile. Both countries are testing a new set of missiles and both use old technologies that have been tried and tested in their own ways.
