Do You Have a Service Provider?

With any of these businesses, are you coming in? Are you displacing some part of the process that already exists if the business has been around for any length of time? Or have they just been letting the trash pile up for years and years? With this location that I know, it was basically the tenants were sweeping in front of their areas. When I got on, I actually started doing the sweeping. You could see how happy they were. They were basically happy to see someone on the property actually sweeping up.
