Gymnastic movements for BJJ. Their relevance, how they cross over and how some of these movements that seem kind of untouchable can be attained. Handstands are obviously a big one, like super popular and but they're very specific,. A handstand, like you don't need a handstand to be good at Jiu Jitsu. That's not clear.
