The Housing Bubble Didn't Lead the Housing Bubble?
The housing bubble is a term used for two very distinct phenomena, and in both cases it's incorrect. One phenomena is the high rate of housing construction in the early two thousands. The bigger a issue is housing prices. And i would argue that these are actually reflecting fundamentals. We need to just get used to the fact that housing prices are going to stay unless there’s some miracle overcomes the nimby problem.
