Triathletes don't have a rest day every week. The biggest, the biggest challenge for us is how you fit the week together. I run maybe 65, 70k a week with two sessions in there. And then five swims a week, which again is seven, seven and a half hours a week of swimming. Do you have a favourite discipline? It's weird. Like my strongest is probably the swim, but it's so anti social, it's probably not my favourite to train. Whereas to me, the run is probably what I enjoy doing the most.
