How to Increase Speed in Early Releases
Some people, early releases, for example, they swing to the top and then they have that huge casting motion. They are actively applying a force to the club to cast that club out. And so I've had good success with players where I just get them to do a double overlap,. feel as if the right hand isn't on the club and make a swish. It gets much better dynamics, much better lag, but they might not increase their speed that way.
