You mentioned some interventions and I guess it goes without saying that listeners will be interested to know what that might mean. There is a lot of talk around the concept of leverage points which is intervention points points in the system where you can push to try to notch and experiment with. What actually happens if you shift certain elements of the system in terms of energy systems in terms of new solutions or a notch towards different behaviors then if there is a shift in terms of that enough people or elements in the system essentially just sort of subscribe to this new behavior you might have a shift or a move but you cannot predict.
