Step number seven release the memory. Do a thought dump record yourself on camera and just speak about it for as long as you want to. Journal it and scribble it all out. Rip the pages right down to my words whatever it's going to do so you're no longer hard bring any of that resentment or negative energy. Breathing, sitting still, doing yoga, eating, even just taking a cold shower grounds you and calms the stress response in your body. And lastly step number nine you must accept the event. A lot of the times we can't heal because the energy from our trauma won't leave our body because we're not accepting it.
