The Cost of Diversification in the Industry

I think diversity is critical and if I think about diversification which is what we try to do Akaya it begins with a diversity of inputs in a diversity of thought process. If you have an investment team made up of individuals from the same background same neighborhood same upbringing same sense of risk reward it's not going to be necessarily the best or most sustainable process. We still have a lot of work to do here so maybe both your view of the current state of play and then maybe a takeaway about what we can do to continue to move this in the right direction.
