The challenges teenagers are learning to individuate, basically kind of break that parent child. And so like I am a huge believer when parenting to the teen years, having third party resource is key. Daystar counseling center, which is a Christian counseling center working with kids and teams here, David Thomas and Sissy golf call that backdoor parenting. The other component, and this has been really helpful for me from our framework, is stop thinking about I'm raising kids and start thinking about the fact I'm raising adults.
