The Revolution of 1917 Was a Short-Living Spark in Time and Universe
The revolution of 1917 like all processes in material world had to leave through its beginning and through its culminating point. From 1950s there was a process of slow restoration of capitalism within the Soviet economy. Once you make that turn once you're looking for a deal with the capitalist environment did you have to exist in? The events of in 1989 and in 1991 were the inevitable continuation of that logic.
