Emily Dickinson wrote that she felt like the world was not full of quality books, but full of crap. She became known around Amherst for her reclusive behavior and is famous for dressing all in white. The doctor wanted her to go back for a third course of treatment and she wrote him back: "Do you have room for me dressed all in white?"
