Is Europe Getting More Organized?

i was an exchange student and lived in zuric, you know, back way before you were born. And so one of the things i noticed there was that they were highly organized, but they didn't have to deal with a lot of change. In europe,. i would assume, the glob globalization of the world, as well as technology, have start of blown the heck out of that. There seem tobe a trend for people who used to work 15 years in instution, in office, to go to work from home.
