The Paranormal and My Life

I was a sophomore in high school. No one was in the house but me from 6am until I'd leave for school around 730. A tall black shadow in the shape of a man quickly go by the door. We had bells attached to the back door, I guess as a cheap burglar alarm. The thing went through the kitchen and slapped the bells on the back door making a huge jingling noise. Hearing that loud noise kind of made me snap out a bit and I took off running out of the house in terror.
