We saw COVID pulling e-commerce adoption significantly, adding a lot of complexity distribution networks and build out strategies. I think more granularly, something we saw hands on was a huge shift in the willingness of major retailers, major shippers, receivers to a digital documentation. But again, it's just a classical lift effect. There's no magic solution. It'll take time. But everyone is adapting. Everyone's investing where they can"
