How long astinpis will be, that this will work in at least two l directions. Will everybody go back to the office, or will we continue with this hybrid arrangement? My strong view is that we have discovered ways of working that we didn't know existed. It's a plausible gass that the world will not go back to where it was before. Even if covid is managed, it seems manageable. But i find it very difficult to believe that retail will go back to anything like what it was previously. And tha, if you have e retail with the office effects, that could have great dramatic effects on the property business,. which is a very important business.
