The Importance of Community in the Media
In many ways it's positive. I've said this before, but had I lost my job on a national radio station even eight years, ten years ago, I'd have been in real serious trouble. And the great thing about this pluralization, if you will, and democratization, is like what happened with music in the early 90s. You know, a lot of the gatekeepers are removed and you've got this. Anybody can set something up and get it going. But it shouldn't be at the cost of the big broadcasters. It's just great. If I have anything else, you know, we've discovered that it's the community that's really important about it
