Is There a Strategy for Youtube?

Shan: There's so many things that we as creators, utubers, marketers, do wrong. What are some of the big mistakes that you see people making? I think number one is not having a strategy, right? Is just going into youtube without a plan. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Now hopefully that those of you that are sceptical understand the big opportunity, and it is not too late.
