Each service should have a process. There should be an onboarding process, there should be an ongoing process and then an off boarding process. What they say about you after they leave is just as important as all those little referls you're hoping for out there too. I have had people exit interview that have given me five star reviews. It just wasn't a fit because of where they were at in their business.
