BinanceUS's Attempt to Acquire Voyager's Assets in Bankruptcy
BinanceUS is trying to acquire Voyager's assets in that company's bankruptcy. The government filed an appeal with the key dispute surrounding a clause in the orders which the government viewed as restraining them from bringing additional legal action against B finance. A swift timeline has been set with briefs to be lodged by April 18th. In March, after the New York Department of Financial Services shut down the BUSD stable coin, CZ tweeted that the remaining funds would be converted into Bitcoin, ETH, and BNB. On chain analysts have noted that Binance appears to be almost finished with this conversion.
