How Do You Eat?

High fibre is a really good nutrient. Even adding a tablespoon or two of flax seed to an oatmeal to your yoger can go a long way in terms of fibre content. Chee seeds, which i put in my yogerd and actually produce a cool texture to my yogr those are very, very high in fibre. How we eat is also just as important as what we eat. Studies shows people with a d h d eat faster. A lot of it is because they chew so fast that they don't even realize how fast tey're eating.
