The Benefits of Weekend Warrior Physical Activity
Immigrants who lived in states with public insurance restrictions were 7% less likely to receive postpartum care. A weekend warrior pattern of physical activity was associated with similarly low risks of incident atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction, heart failure, and stroke.
