The Importance of Understanding Your Customer's Problems

You need to understand very clearly the problem you're trying to solve. And once you've understood that, how is it being solved by your technology? I think that's the question. How do you recognise that's the case and make those big calls? It would be an absolutely huge call to kill off what appears to be the cash cow... There's literally none of that product left anymore.
