The Best Spec Script I Ever Read
The writers room was very small. The people we got to write scripts were mostly friends when having worked with them on other shows. You spend at least half an hour talking about everything before you talk about the script. We didn't know where the result of a spec script which is. Very unusual in our case they sent us a spec script from two guys who were actually producing another television show they wanted to work on cheers so much they sent usA script and it was.
