Is There a Demon in the Basement?
The book is about a man who tries to clear his house of ghosts. He finds an old well and gets possessed by the spirit of father mancuzo, but he's alive. The only other woman in the story is Cathy, so it's levitating out there. It probably doesn't pass the beckdell test because also, the ghosts appear to be largely male.
