Why Might I Be Wrong?

In the final chapter of his book, Tom argues that well meaning reformers have not made their reforms robust to and potential and negative framing. He calls for a more modest system that might achieve some of the same aims. I think we should have universal payments that may not be so different from the old child m benefit payments, but perhaps made universal to all adults. And i think we should then have a try welfare system for unemployment benefits, where everybody pays an insurance payment,. It's seen as something that you've earned individually, rather than something paid by taxpayers to other people.
