The Safety Profile of a Systemic Thrombolysis Dog
Three separate groups, one group got reversal most often with a daracismab. A second group was selected based on the anticoagulant activity level on a serum test. And the third group was just treated with systemic thrombolysis. In all three cases you saw a similar safety profile. Exactly, we saw the same safety profile and triggered by this finding we actually thought about whether all these kinds of selection criteria are really necessary. So what we did then was a post talk sensitivity analysis where we actually selected patients with a very recent intake of a dog so we knew that they had taken the dog within the last 12 hours.
