Say like stopping mid sentence and pointing out something that is still different about the way you look, but really kind of beat around the bush when it comes to what is likely a transformational event. Rebecca: For me, some of that is also pausing. It's not like I'm going to get moving on the things that really matter. It's I'm gonna take time to stop and appreciate what I have.
